Our warranty is simple. It covers the complete fixture. Russell Lighting, warrants to the buyer, that our products shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year from invoice date.

The warranty shall not apply to damage caused by improper installation, improper lamping, product modifications or abuse of the product.

Compact fluorescent electronic ballasts and HID are under warranty by the ballast manufacturer, not Russell Lighting. Russell’s sole obligation under this warranty shall be, at our option, to repair or replace the defective product. The factory shall not be responsible for labour or freight charges in connection with any returns or repairs.

For custom fixtures, minimum quantities may apply.

We do not supply lamps with our fixtures.

CUSTOM made and/or special orders may not be cancelled after release of the order to the production department.

PRODUCTION will not be scheduled until written release and/ or applicable approval drawings are received in Russell’s office. Quoted delivery schedule will begin at this time.

INSTALLATION DISCLAIMER — Russell Lighting assumes no responsibility for installation of their products. Installations must be made by qualified personnel, and use of these products must meet all regulatory codes and requirements.

We reserve the right to make modifications to all our fixtures to improve design and quality.

HOLD FOR RELEASE ORDERS — Orders which are not released within 120 days may be subject to price increases and/or delays. No materials will be ordered, or work performed on custom or noncatalogued items until firm release dates are established.

WIRING — Standard wire length on SVT cord drops is 10’. Standard wire length on chain hung is 10’ with 6’ chain. (Consult factory for applicable upcharge for modifications).

Fixtures can be wired to accommodate incandescent, compact fluorescent and halogen.

Due to the continuing changes in ballasts and lamping in the compact fluorescent market, please consult the factory for any special requirements and applicable upcharges.

Returned merchandise must have our prior written approval. A 25% restocking charge will apply to all returns allowed. All restocking is at factory discretion and subject to inspection.

Due to printing processes, some finishes and colours shown may not be accurate. Paint chips available upon request.

Russell Lighting fixtures are available ONLY through our distributors which are most of the major lighting showrooms and electrical wholesalers in Western Canada.
